Terms and Conditions

 

1. All our products are made to specifically to make money for charities. They are not permitted to be re-sold in any form

2. The copyright of any design, produced by BnL Crafts remains the property of BnL Crafts and no rights may be assumed by any other person or enterprise.

3. The products sold are NOT TOYS and MUST NOT be given to children as they are not suitable and may present a choking hazard.

4. Fundraising organisations, aided by BnL Crafts, accept all responsibilities for items sold on their behalf.

5. All products made by BnL Crafts are for display purposes only. No Liability will be acknowledged or agreed by BnL Crafts for any injury or damage caused by the mis-use of any product made by BnL Crafts.

6. BnL Crafts will not be held liable for any misuse of funds handled by a third party organisation. All profits from any sales will be handed to the third party organisation and it is the responsibility of that organisation to ensure that those funds are passed directly to the charity.

7. It is the responsibility of the third party organisation to make any declarations to any tax or government authority regarding monies received and donated to charities
